We must say that fielding the numerous phone calls and looky loos, and chit chatters, hoping to get a peek of the property for a "friend", and agents who would call, somewhat frenetically, stating they had "hot buyers" only here for a day, insistent that they see the home within a few hours, without providing financials or proof of funds for their clients, was both challenging and somewhat amusing at the same time. The Las Vegas Country Club estate area is home to some colorful personalities who were just hankering to spend some time snooping around Mr. Kerkorian's property.
